Radicle Solutions not Radical Solutions. While they both sound the same, the difference in meaning could not be more unalike. A "radicle" is the first shoot from a seed, that grows downwards into the soil, creating the ability for the plant to receive nourishment and sustain itself above ground and thereafter the seed sends out its first shoot, above ground.

The name "Radicle Solutions" was chosen after much thought. Not only are we able to be bold and daring in our approach when circumstances demand it but we are also extremely proficient at pin pointing the origins of any situation the root cause of the situation as it were, and thereby provide solutions that are extremely effective.

At the core of our value proposition is the delivery of "the desired and agreed end result" and our teams and partners are handpicked based on the requirement of each engagement, with track records amounting to decades of experience in a multitude of roles and industries to ensure that we do not fall short of that very value proposition.

The Founder

Radicle Solutions was founded by Deshan Devasagayam, a tertiary qualified, trilingual, Human Capital and General Management Professional with a proven track record of leading and working effectively inteams and high-pressure roles. Deshan is a human resource based professional with 24+ years' experience including more than 10 years in senior management roles, and is highly experienced in identifying the key success factors that needs to be delivered by any organization, whilst ensuring that all human capital systems and strategies deliver its objectives, including the strategic analysis-based management of human capital, accurate talent acquisition and retention, the fostering of employee relationships, policy formulation, industrial relations and employee engagement. These skills, along with strong results based general management capabilities and financial acumen learned and applied through over a decade of senior management roles in a multitude of industries bring the ability to ensure the delivery of sustainable outcomes in the business with a focus on ensuring the desired financial outcomes. In his approach to work, Deshan is a passionate advocate of a leadership model based on understanding the power of culture, inclusivity, transparency and continuous improvement. He brings a lazer like focus that is supported by sound data driven critical analysis based strategic thinking, is professional, energetic and empathetic with people and practices and believes in the value of genuine care and concern for employees results in desired organizational outcomes.
